Recipe: Spinach Balls

I decided to start cooking more in 2014, so I made these spinach balls. They came out great!!! They are a good appetizer or game day snack. Below is the recipe

2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen spinach, drained well
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2  cup of  finely chopped onion and green pepper
4 eggs
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs


1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Roll into 1 inch balls.
3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
